A Home Cooked Passion

My food journey began as a young boy watching family members prepare meals. I would sit and soak in all of the wonderful tastes and smells coming from the kitchen. I was in the kitchen so much, that I was given the name “bottomless pit” due to my insatiable appetite. These experiences greatly influenced how I view food, and fostered an open mind towards different cuisines and cultures.

My passion for cooking began in college while obtaining my degree in Psychology. Cooking has always been a platform where I can express my creativity, challenge myself, and most importantly bring people together. I started by cooking meals at home, collaborating with friends, and researching recipes.

I have always embraced the DIY ethos, and becoming a personal chef was the perfect vehicle to pursue my culinary aspirations. Over the years, I developed my own signature dishes which can be showcased for private events. My ultimate goal is to create a memorable dining experience, utilize the freshest ingredients, and present food that is visually appealing and tastes great.
